Where do we Ship?
Australia: We ship our products Australia wide and offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150. All purchases under $150 will attract a flat rate of $10.00(incl. GST) for shipping. We ship to eligible Australian postcodes only*.

International: For shipping information & costs on international orders please contact us at, we will provide you with the best available options. Please note that as a customer you are responsible for any taxes/import duties applicable in your country.

When will your order be shipped?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, generally within 1-2 business days of order placement. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, although metropolitan cities can expect delivery within 10days.


What is our returns policy?

Change of Mind:

In case you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs. You must notify us the order details and reason for return within 5 days and return the items to us within 15 days of receiving them. The goods must be unused and in original condition with packaging intact, including the invoice.

The postage charges for returning the products are buyer's responsibility. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive and confirm the good condition of the returned item, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and the information conveyed to you through an email.

Exchange Items:
Since many of our products are handmade and one of a kind, we cannot offer exchange on such items. For the goods where exchange is possible, all the postage charges will be the buyer's responsibility.

Faulty Items:
In rare case of a manufacturing defect, we can offer you a choice of either a store credit or full refund(including shipping charges). As soon as you notice the fault, please contact us with the order number, name of the product and description of fault.
***Please note that minor imperfections in craft are an inherent and charming quality of handmade goods and hence not deemed as faulty.

Cancellation of Order:
In case you need to cancel your order, you will be able to do so within 6hrs from placing the order as we work swiftly to fulfill all orders at the earliest and cannot reverse the process once the parcel is dispatched.
